Ginza establishments launch seasonal autumn menus for October 2026

Ginza-based establishments are introducing seasonal autumn offerings for October 2026.

Ginza Mitsukoshi will host the ‘GINZA TABLE 2026 AUTUMN’ event from September 30 to October 13. The collection features ten selected sweets centered on themes of ‘experience’ and ‘marriage’ of flavors. Highlights include desserts from Frédéric Cassel, Boul'Mich, and Ladurée, such as a DIY fruit shortcake set from Saint Fruit and mitarashi-flavored macarons.

Additionally, the Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Restaurant is launching a monthly chef’s recommended course throughout October. The menu focuses on regional Japanese autumn ingredients, including Shimane Prefecture’s Oki beef, Yamagata Mogami chicken, and Aomori apple pork. Courses range from 8,500 to 12,000 yen, featuring seasonal items like chestnut Mont Blanc and truffle-scented onion soup.
