Giorgos Tsalikis criticizes Takis Zacharatos over Giorgos Mazonakis

Singer Giorgos Tsalikis has launched a sharp critique against entertainer Takis Zacharatos during a press conference on October 21, 2026. Tsalikis expressed his frustration regarding Zacharatos's past behavior toward the late Giorgos Mazonakis, questioning how Zacharatos could satirize Mazonakis for years, presenting him as “finished,” and then appear somber following his death.

Tsalikis noted that Mazonakis had previously expressed his dislike for Zacharatos's satire in a final interview. The singer also addressed the backlash he received after visiting Mazonakis's grave following a trip to Australia, claiming he was filmed without his knowledge and subsequently insulted by onlookers.

During the briefing, which was held ahead of his upcoming performances with Dionysis Schoinas, Tsalikis mentioned he had recorded a video addressing these inconsistencies but ultimately chose not to publish it.
