Giulianova Mayor Welcomes New Guardia di Finanza Commander
Captain Michele De Nicola was formally installed as the new commander of the Guardia di Finanza company in Giulianova. The ceremony took place at the municipal headquarters, where Mayor Jwan Costantini presented the city’s welcome and expressed confidence in continued cooperation between the local administration and the financial police.
De Nicola, a 1983‑born Ligurian law graduate who joined the Guardia di Finanza in 2004, succeeds Major Domenico Massimiliano Cerra, who is moving to the School of Inspectors and Superintendents in L'Aquila. The appointment follows the regular rotation of senior officers and is seen as important for maintaining effective economic‑financial policing and public‑order support across Giulianova and the surrounding Abruzzo region.
