Global startup initiatives advance in Valencia and Santiago

The Port Entrepreneurship International Congress (PEIC), organized by Opentop and the Valenciaport Foundation, has selected startups from 12 countries to participate in its fourth edition in Valencia. The selected companies will present innovations in sectors including the blue economy, supply chain efficiency, security, resilience, and energy transition.

In Chile, Start-Up Chile has launched its BIG 12 acceleration program at the NIDO Lucía coworking space in Santiago. The cohort includes 65 entrepreneurs from Latin America and Europe, representing industries such as health, biotechnology, agriculture, and financial services. Participants will receive up to $75 million in co-financing, mentorship, and access to investor networks over a four-month period.
