TV Globo audits relationship between Luciano Huck and Daniel Vorcaro

TV Globo has launched an internal audit to investigate the relationship between presenter Luciano Huck and banker Daniel Vorcaro. The move follows the release of messages found by Federal Police on Vorcaro’s phone, which revealed close ties between the two, including discussions on business, travel, and advertising deals.

The audit, authorized by the Grupo Globo board, aims to examine contracts and professional connections. It is expected to last approximately 30 days. In response to the scrutiny, Globo has expanded the investigation by conducting remote interviews with various presenters, anchors, and journalists to map any potential links to Vorcaro and prevent future public controversies.

Luciano Huck has denied any business partnership or co-ownership with Vorcaro, stating that their interactions were strictly limited to managing Will Bank’s sponsorship of his program, ‘Domingão com Huck’. He maintains that all commercial agreements were legal and properly documented. Meanwhile, the controversy has drawn public criticism from actress Luana Piovani, who has called for transparency regarding the presenter's connections to the banker, who is currently under investigation related to Banco Master.
