Globo rolls out new 'Super Tuesday' lineup with series premieres and telenovela twist

Brazilian broadcaster Globo began a new programming phase on Tuesday, July 7, dubbed “Super Tuesday.” The launch featured the first season of the comedy‑drama Pablo & Luisão, a revamped weekly slot for Conversa com Bial hosted by Pedro Bial, and the prime‑time series Justiça 2, which follows four ex‑inmates rebuilding their lives after release. The existing telenovela Quem Ama Cuida entered a new narrative phase, showing protagonist Adriana confronting her past after prison. In parallel, the telenovela Coração Acelerado showed antagonist Naiane seeking forgiveness from her grandfather, marking a redemption arc for the character.

Additional highlights included the documentary series Anos 90: A Explosão do Pagode and upcoming projects such as the film documentary Preta – Eu Não Ando Só.
