Glyfada: 75-year-old attacks coworker with knife at construction site

A 75-year-old man was arrested after a violent altercation at a construction site in Glyfada, Greece. The incident occurred on Gennimata Street following a dispute over financial matters between two workers.

According to reports, the 75-year-old used a construction knife to attack a 65-year-old colleague, inflicting wounds to the neck, ribs, and abdomen. The victim was transported to ‘Erythros Stavros’ hospital, where he is currently reported to be in stable condition and out of danger.

Police from the DI.AS. unit responded to the scene and apprehended the suspect. The individual was taken to the Glyfada Security Department, where a case is being filed, and he is expected to appear before a prosecutor.
