GMG Racing wins Indianapolis 8 Hours, securing Porsche IGTC title

GMG Racing secured an overall victory at the Indianapolis 8 Hours with the Pro-Am crew of Ayhancan Guven, Riccardo Pera, and Kyle Washington. Driving the number 32 Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo, the team became the first Pro-Am trio to achieve an absolute win in the seven-edition history of the race.

The result has significant implications for international GT racing. Porsche clinched its fourth Intercontinental GT Challenge (IGTC) manufacturers' title, marking its second such title in the last three seasons. Additionally, Maxime Martin secured the IGTC drivers' championship following a fifth-place finish by the JMF Motorsports Mercedes-AMG.

In the GT World Challenge America, Turner Motorsport secured the Pro title through Robby Foley and Justin Rothberg, while GMG Racing's Kyle Washington took the Pro-Am title.
