Gniezno to launch historic video mapping trail

The city of Gniezno is developing a unique video mapping trail to commemorate the millennium of the first royal coronations. The project, implemented by Wizja Multimedia, will feature modern projections on historic buildings and the surface of Lake Jelonek to tell the history of the city and the origins of the Polish state.

The installation will span five locations, including the City Hall, the II High School, the Old Town Hall courtyard, and Primary School No. 1. Additionally, a water curtain screen will be created on Lake Jelonek to present historical milestones. The experience is designed as a 70-minute walking route with sessions held after dark.
