GO! GLOBAL Türkiye Summit concludes in Istanbul

The GO! GLOBAL Türkiye Summit has concluded in Istanbul, bringing together global technology leaders, entrepreneurs, and AI talent. The event featured a specialized 'Limited Partners (LP)/Venture Capital (VC) Day' designed to encourage international capital investment into Turkish venture capital funds and foster long-term partnerships between local family offices and global funds.

Murat Özyeğin, President of the DEİK Turkey-USA Business Council (TAIK), stated that Turkey is making progress in reducing inflation and strengthening fiscal policy. He noted that the Turkish economy has demonstrated significant resilience and adaptability despite a complex global landscape, including energy market disruptions and inflationary pressures caused by regional conflicts.

The summit was organized in collaboration with the TAIK Digital Working Group and Endeavor Türkiye. The event also included a closed-door session with Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek, focusing on international investor approaches to emerging markets.
