Go Greece expands real estate operations to Syros

Go Greece Real Estate Development, a company founded by Sobhi Ayyad with Lebanese origins, is expanding its operations from the Athens metropolitan area to the island of Syros. The company currently manages a portfolio of 30 residential properties across Athens, Piraeus, and surrounding areas, including projects in Gazi, Pangrati, and Kallithea.

The company’s business model focuses on the reconstruction of existing apartment buildings or the construction of new ones. These properties are primarily marketed to international buyers from countries such as Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, often utilizing the Greek Golden Visa program to facilitate residency.

CEO Rami Zeineddine stated that the expansion into Syros was driven by the island's ability to maintain activity throughout the entire year, rather than being limited to the summer season. This move marks the company's first major project outside of the Attica region.
