The Goiás state government held the second "Feirão da Casa Própria" in Anápolis on 27‑28 June, presenting 1,703 apartments eligible for subsidies of up to R$ 50.5 thousand. The program targets families earning up to three minimum wages, with financing provided by Caixa Econômica Federal through the federal "Minha Casa, Minha Vida" scheme.

In Paraná, the municipality of Arapongas and the housing agency Cohapar announced two additional senior‑housing units in the Viver Mais Arapongas project. Twenty‑six pre‑selected families were summoned to a presentation on 30 June; rents are set at 15 % of the national minimum wage for seniors with incomes between 0.5 and 6 minimum wages.
