Gol Airlines expands connectivity to Patagonia and launches Lisbon-Rio service
Gol Airlines is expanding its South American network by enhancing connectivity between Europe and Argentine Patagonia. The airline is introducing seasonal flights from São Paulo to El Calafate and Ushuaia, providing travelers access to Los Glaciares National Park and Antarctic departure points.
Additionally, Gol will launch a nonstop service between Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro on September 16. To support this intercontinental expansion, the airline’s stopover program allows international passengers to stay in Rio or São Paulo for between 24 hours and three nights at no additional service cost. The airline utilizes over 60 codeshare and interline agreements to connect various European markets to Brazil and other South American destinations.
