Kristaps Porzingis' return timeline remains uncertain for Warriors

Kristaps Porzingis remains sidelined for the Golden State Warriors due to an undisclosed health issue, leaving his return timeline strictly undefined. Head coach Steve Kerr described the situation as ‘definitely concerning,’ noting that he has not seen the Latvian center at the team facility since the start of preseason preparations.

Porzingis has missed several team activities, including the media day and the training camp in Hawaii. While the organization has not released a specific diagnosis, the uncertainty comes as the Warriors prepare for their regular-season opener on October 21 against the Los Angeles Lakers.

In the interim, veteran Al Horford is expected to take on a larger role in the frontcourt. The team has expressed its intention to support Porzingis as he manages his health, though no firm date has been set for his return to the court.
