Gonzales presents artisanal lingerie collection at Omoda Madrid es Moda

Designer Carmen González presented her eleventh collection, titled ‘MRRÍA’, at the Omoda Madrid es Moda event. The collection focuses on artisanal lingerie from the Canary Islands, utilizing materials such as tulle, mesh, and neutral tones to create a ‘second skin’ effect.

The collection is inspired by the 1973 classic novel by Rafael Arozarena, which tells the story of a woman named Mararía whose beauty leads to social rejection and silence. Through her designs, González aims to explore themes of female identity and the voice of women.
