Dynamo Moscow collapses transfers of Plata and Martins
Transfers for Ecuadorian winger Gonzalo Plata to Flamengo and Matheus Martins to Botafogo have collapsed following medical examinations in Russia. Dynamo Moscow declined both signings, citing a “series of reasons” and claiming the players did not meet required medical parameters.
