Google Ads API and Admixer release platform updates
Google has released version 26.1 of its Ads API, introducing several functional enhancements for advertisers. Key updates include new budget controls that allow users to prioritize Google-owned properties and Search Partners through a two-tier system with optional spending caps. The update also introduces a service to check eligibility for Local Services based on Google Business Profile listings and enables household income exclusions for Performance Max campaigns.
Additionally, the API now supports external promotion redemption tracking and expanded reporting segments for vertical ads, including details such as user ratings, venue, and price tiers.
Separately, the Admixer Ad Platform has launched an update featuring enhanced campaign management tools. The release includes built-in Key-Value reporting within profiles to provide granular insights into audience attribute performance. The update also improves reporting clarity by displaying app names alongside bundle IDs and automating the duplication of creatives when a profile is copied.
