Google is preparing to host a press event in New York on September 15, where media will receive hands-on access to its upcoming 'Googlebook' laptops. A temporary listing from a Canadian retailer suggested an Asus model featuring an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and a 512 GB SSD, priced at approximately 1,915.99 Canadian dollars. This follows previous leaks of higher-end configurations featuring up to 64 GB of RAM. Acer is also expected to compete in this premium segment with similar high-specification hardware.
