Government programs deliver economic and educational support in Argentina and Ecuador

In Argentina, Social Development Minister Diego Álvarez and Mayor Santiago Goñi delivered credit packages in Jacinto Arauz to strengthen the local economy. The initiative, part of a provincial decentralization law, provided nine direct benefits covering Social Economy, Productive Development, and Community Participation. Beyond financial aid, the program includes training and digital integration via the provincial Weni portal to help entrepreneurs reach a wider market.

In Ecuador, the 'Jóvenes en Acción' program has invested over USD 3.4 million to benefit 2,870 young people in the Santa Elena province. Minister of Infrastructure and Technology Roberto Luque and Governor Xavier Gustavo Negrete highlighted the program's impact on students across La Libertad, Santa Elena, and Salinas. Nationally, the program supports 150,000 youths with a total investment of USD 180 million, providing monthly incentives of USD 400 to assist with studies and household contributions.
