Governor Ademola Adeleke lauded by Osun Muslim community for projects

The Osun State Muslim Community (OSMC) praised Governor Ademola Adeleke for his people‑oriented policies and a range of development initiatives. OSMC President Alhaji Mustafa Olawuyi highlighted the governor’s executive order that averted bloodshed in the Ikirun Obaship dispute, ongoing road construction and rehabilitation across the state, and the approval to build a mosque within the Osun State Government House.

Adeleke also announced the near‑completion of the state Hajj camp and noted that Osun became the first South‑West state to formalise the issuance of Islamic marriage certificates, with the process now managed by the OSMC. He emphasized increased Muslim representation in his cabinet and said his administration’s achievements in the Islamic sector surpass those of previous governments.
