Grace Passô film ‘Nosso Segredo’ premieres in cinemas

The film ‘Nosso Segredo’, directed by Grace Passô, is making its theatrical debut in Brazil. The production previously won three Kikito awards at the Gramado Film Festival, including Best Brazilian Feature Film, Best Cinematography, and Best Art Direction.

Set in Belo Horizonte, the story follows a Black family attempting to rebuild their routine following a recent loss. The narrative utilizes elements of fantasy to explore themes of grief, silence, and communication, often viewed through the perspective of a young child.

The cast includes Robert Frank, Ju Colombo, Efraim Santos, Jéssica Gaspar, Flip, Marisa Reverte, and Juan Queiroz. The film also features the acting debuts of Mateus Aleluia and Tássia Reis.
