Gran Turismo 7 update confirmed for August 20 release

Gran Turismo 7 is scheduled for a new game update on August 20, 2026. Series Producer Kazunori Yamauchi has confirmed the addition of four new vehicles: the Hyundai Ioniq 6 N, the Caterham Seven Superlight R500, the Toyota Chaser Tourer V, and the Toyota Mark II Tourer V.

In conjunction with the Gran Turismo World Series 2026 Round 2 in Tokyo, Polyphony Digital has launched two reward campaigns. Players can earn up to 2,000,000 Credits by participating in a prediction campaign for the Manufacturers Cup and Nations Cup winners. Additionally, spectators watching the finals through the in-game interface can receive two exclusive Stealth Model racing cars, which are not available for purchase in the game.
