Greece announces October 2026 pension payment schedule

The Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in coordination with e-EFKA, has announced the pension payment schedule for October 2026. Under current regulations, main and supplementary pensions are paid on the same dates, categorized by whether the recipient is salaried or non-salaried.

Non-salaried pensioners, including those from OADEE, OGA, ETAA, and e-EFKA (post-2017), will receive payments on Friday, September 25, 2026. Salaried pensioners, including those from IKA-ETAM, the Public Sector, and various security forces, are scheduled to receive payments on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

Additionally, e-EFKA has released the unified insurance contribution notices for August 2026 for non-salaried insured individuals, such as freelancers and farmers. These notices cover main, supplementary, and lump-sum insurance. The deadline for payment is Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Insured individuals must retrieve these notices electronically via the official e-EFKA website using the new RF electronic payment code.
