Greece cuts road fatalities but still trails EU safety average

Speakers including Police Lieutenant Colonel Sotiris Kaltabanis and Police Deputy Director Kostas Petropoulos cited the campaign against riding two‑wheelers without helmets and the broader enforcement effort as key factors.
