Greece: e-EFKA announces October 2026 pension payment schedule

The Greek social security organization, e-EFKA, has announced the payment schedule for October 2026 pensions, which will be distributed in two distinct phases.

The first phase is scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026. This includes main pensions from former non-salaried funds (OAEE, OGA, ETAA), pensions granted via OPS-EFKA under Law 4387/2016 for retirees from January 1, 2017, onwards, and all private sector supplementary pensions. Funds are expected to be available in accounts starting from the afternoon of Thursday, September 24.

The second phase will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. This phase covers the largest group of beneficiaries, including main pensions from former salaried funds (IKA-ETAM, banks, OTE, DEH, and others), NAT, ETAT, and ETAP-MME, as well as public sector main and supplementary pensions. These funds are expected to be available from the afternoon of Monday, September 28. This phase also includes temporary pensions for members of the Armed Forces, Security Forces, and the Fire Service.
