Greece fuel prices expected to rise following global oil surge

Fuel prices in Greece are expected to rise starting Tuesday following an increase in international oil prices. The rise in Brent crude, which moved above $86 per barrel, is driven by geopolitical concerns regarding the Strait of Hormuz and conditions set by Iran for the restoration of navigation.

While recent domestic averages for unleaded 95 octane, 100 octane, and diesel had seen slight weekly decreases, market analysts expect the new surge in global oil costs to reverse this trend across all fuel types.
