Applications for the “Tourism for All” programme open on 7 August through the online portal vouchers.gov.gr, with an alternative submission option at citizen‑service centres. Eligible households can receive digital vouchers worth between €200 and €600 per holiday, the amount varying by beneficiary category.

The scheme widens income thresholds: single households up to €21 000, married couples without children up to €33 000 and families with children up to €58 000. People with a disability of 67 % or more, and families with disabled children, qualify regardless of income. Large families receive an extra €50 for each child from the fourth onward.

Implementation runs in two phases – Phase 1 until 31 December 2026 and Phase 2 from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. Beneficiaries are selected by an electronic lottery; the second phase draws from the list of non‑selected households without a new lottery. Vouchers are credited to a digital card that can be used only for accommodation in Greek tourist establishments, aiming to boost travel during the off‑season.
