Greek Tourism Voucher Scheme – Applications Open

Entities: Olga Kefalogianni · Digital voucher card · Greek Ministry of Tourism · gov.gr portal · Tourism for All 2026‑2027 programme

Overview

The Greek government’s “Tourism for All 2026‑2027” programme, launched in early July 2026, offers digital travel vouchers of €200‑€600 per household, loaded onto an electronic card valid until 31 December 2027. Vouchers can cover up to six overnight stays, with longer stays on selected islands, and 70 % of the budget targets travel in October‑April to boost off‑peak destinations.

Income thresholds were raised to €21 000 for single earners, €33 000 for married couples and €58 000 for families; an extra €50 per child applies from the fourth child. People with a disability rating of 67 % or higher and families with disabled children qualify without income limits.

The scheme runs in two phases: Phase 1 ends 31 December 2026 with beneficiaries selected by an electronic lottery; Phase 2 runs 1 January 2027‑31 December 2027, drawing from the reserve list without a new lottery.

Applications opened on 7 August 2026 via gov.gr and vouchers.gov.gr. In‑person support is provided at Citizen Service Centres, where applicants lacking digital skills may submit paper applications (KEP). The programme also includes subsidised ferry tickets, peak‑period bonuses, and special provisions for disabled travelers and larger families.
