Greece Ministry of Education announces student transfer results

The Greek Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports has announced the results for student transfers and movements for the 2026–2027 academic year. Following the announcement on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, the period for submitting objections and remedy applications has officially begun.

Interested students can access their results via the Ministry’s dedicated electronic platform. According to Article 80 of Law 4692/2020, the window for submitting objections will remain open for 30 days starting from October 13, 2026.

Regarding the applications submitted based on socio-economic criteria, the Ministry reported 6,519 total applications. This included 5,774 students in the general category, 109 applications from the Muslim Minority of Thrace, 505 from specific special categories, and 2,263 from siblings of undergraduate students. The results confirm the transfer of 4,571 students based on socio-economic criteria and 2,251 siblings of undergraduate students.
