Greece Ministry of Education calls for exam proctors and evaluators

The Greek Ministry of Education has issued a call for applications for educators and officials to serve as proctors, evaluators, and graders for the upcoming Civic Literacy Knowledge Certification (PEGP) examinations scheduled for November 15, 2026.

Applications for inclusion in the Register of Evaluators and Graders must be submitted by Friday, October 2, 2026, at 15:00. Eligible applicants for grading roles include philologists, teachers, and specialists in French, English, and German. Proctors can include educators from both public and private sectors, as well as employees from the Ministries of Interior and Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, and various decentralized administrations and local government organizations.

Compensation for the roles is set as follows: proctors will receive €110 per day, oral speech evaluators will receive €90 per day, and written exam graders will receive €3 per paper. Testing will take place across 70 examination centers in various locations, including Athens, Thessaloniki, Heraklion, and several islands.
