Greece announces October 2026 pension payment dates

The Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in coordination with e-EFKA, has announced the payment schedule for October 2026 pensions. Under a permanent policy, main and supplementary pensions will now be paid on the same dates.

Payments for approximately 2.4 million non-salaried pensioners, including those from former funds such as OAEE, OGA, and ETAA, as well as private sector supplementary pensions, are scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026. This also includes e-EFKA pensions for those insured after January 1, 2017.

Payments for approximately 1.7 million salaried pensioners, including those from former funds such as IKA-ETAM, banks, OTE, and DEI, as well as public sector pensions, will be processed on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Funds are expected to be available in accounts starting from the afternoon of the preceding working day.
