Greece Social Tourism program details for DYPA voucher holders

The DYPA Social Tourism program for 2026-2027 remains in effect until June 22, 2027, providing selected beneficiaries with subsidies for accommodation and transportation.

Beneficiaries can book up to six nights at tourist accommodations listed in the DYPA Provider Registry. Users must coordinate directly with the chosen provider to agree on dates and the number of nights. While most stays require a small private contribution, certain regions offer more nights without accommodation costs.

Specific rules govern who can travel without the primary beneficiary. Spouses, children over 18, and children aged 5 to 18 (if accompanied by a spouse) may travel independently under certain conditions. However, companions of persons with disabilities cannot travel without the person they are assisting, and children aged 5 to 18 cannot travel without the beneficiary or their spouse.

Upon arrival, providers verify identification and sign a private agreement before electronically activating the voucher. If a beneficiary departs earlier than planned, they must submit two formal declarations: one to the provider and another to DYPA.
