Tourism for All program receives over 1.15 million applications in Greece

The Greek Ministry of Tourism has announced that the application period for the ‘Tourism for All 2026-2027’ program has concluded with a record 1,156,017 applications.

Of the total submissions, 819,976 (70.93%) were for the low tourism season, while 336,041 (29.07%) were for the high season. This distribution aligns with the Ministry's strategic goal to extend the tourism period by encouraging travel between October and April.

The new cycle of the program introduced several key changes, including expanded income criteria, the removal of income restrictions for persons with disabilities, and additional support for large families with more than four children, providing 50 euros per protected child.

The next stage involves the drawing of beneficiaries. The Ministry aims to complete all necessary procedures so that digital cards can be activated by early September. The program is intended to support domestic tourism, small and medium-sized enterprises, and regional development across Greece.
