Greece Tourism for All 2026-2027 program opens applications
The Greek ‘Tourism for All 2026-2027’ program is currently accepting applications through August 21, 2026. The initiative provides digital vouchers ranging from 200 to 600 euros to support domestic travel. To encourage sustainable development and off-season visitation, 70% of the budget is allocated to travel occurring between October and April, with higher subsidies available during these months.
The program features expanded income criteria to include more middle-class households; for example, the income limit for married couples without children has increased to 33,000 euros. Beneficiaries are selected via electronic lottery to ensure transparency. Vouchers must be used for accommodation within Greece.
Political debate has emerged regarding the program's implementation. Critics have raised questions concerning the unprecedented delays in the program's activation and have called for clarification on the distinction between ‘Tourism for All’ and the DYPA social tourism programs.
