Greece begins electronic university registration for 2026 exam successful candidates

The electronic registration process for successful candidates of the 2026 Panhellenic Examinations and the special category for those with serious medical conditions has commenced. The registration for higher education institutions is conducted exclusively online through the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports' Information System for Electronic Registrations (Eregister) from Thursday, August 27, 2026, until Friday, September 4, 2026.

For successful candidates from General and Vocational Lyceums (GEL-EPAL), access requires an 8-digit candidate code as both the username and password. Candidates in the special category for serious medical conditions must use the email address provided in their application and their established password. In cases where passwords are lost, the system provides a recovery link requiring the candidate's 8-digit code and email.

Starting September 1, 2026, school units will provide support for access issues regarding the application. The registration process serves as a formal declaration, requiring accurate personal data such as AMKA and contact information.
