Greece: University transfer applications deadline set for October 2

Students enrolled in Greek Higher Education Institutions (AEI) and Autonomous Institutions (AEPA) have until Friday, October 2, 2026, at 14:00, to submit electronic applications for university transfers or relocations.

The application process is available through the Ministry of Education's dedicated electronic platform. Eligible applicants include those applying for transfers based on specific scored reasons, siblings of undergraduate students, and students admitted under specific categories such as those with certain medical conditions, members of the Muslim minority of Thrace, children of terrorism victims, or children of security forces personnel who were fatally injured in the line of duty.

Applicants must use the username and password provided by their respective school or department secretariat to access the system. A Tax Identification Number (AFM) is mandatory for those requiring family status certificates to facilitate official verification processes.
