Greece's EPAL Panhellenic Exams Begin Final Day on June 15

On Monday, 15 June 2026, the last day of the Panhellenic examinations for Greece’s EPAL (vocational lyceum) candidates took place. Students sat written tests in Cooling‑Air‑Conditioning, Aircraft Engines and Central Heating Design. The same day marked the start of health examinations and practical trials for those applying to the Physical Education and Sports Science programmes, which must be completed by 25 June.

The following week a series of special and music subjects began, starting with English on 16 June. Subsequent exams included Free Design (17 June), Linear Design (18 June), German (19 June), Music Theory and Harmony (20 June), Music Performance and Interpretation (22 June), French (23 June), Italian (24 June) and Spanish (25 June). The school year also concluded for kindergartens and primary schools, while gymnasium promotion and final exams ended on the same day, with results scheduled for Thursday, 18 June.
