AKTOR raises €650 million capital, book oversubscribed to over €750 million

The AKTOR Group launched a combined share offering on 20 July 2026 to raise up to €650 million. The programme consists of a Greek public placement (about 20 % of the new shares) and an international private placement (about 80 %). The maximum issue price was set at €13.52 per share, with the final price to be fixed on 23 July and the results announced on 27 July. Trading of the new shares is scheduled to begin on Euronext Athens on 28 July.

The book‑building process was covered within minutes, with investor demand reaching 2.1‑2.2 times the target amount, prompting market estimates that total proceeds could exceed €750 million and possibly approach €1.4 billion. The issue is fully underwritten by UBS, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs, and cornerstone investors Winex, Castellano and Blue Silk have pledged up to €350 million. Proceeds will fund AKTOR’s €3 billion investment plan covering LNG infrastructure, renewable energy, construction projects and concessions.
