The programmes will be available at 116 public SA EK schools nationwide and at 17 branch or off‑site sections, with special attention to island and remote regions.

All specialties will be delivered using the new Training Guides, and instructional manuals will be published shortly. Tuition at public SA EK schools is free, and students who study away from their permanent residence may be eligible for a housing allowance. Applications for the schools will be submitted in September through the online platform https://diek.it.minedu.gov.gr, following an announcement by the Secretariat.

For the Ioannina Dairy School (a specific SA EK), applications must be filed by 11 September 2026 and must include the required documents such as birth certificate, secondary school diploma, military service proof, and various certificates confirming agricultural background or social status. Candidate selection will be based on academic and social criteria as set out in the operating regulation (ΦΕΚ 4676/Β΄/2025).
