Greek National Exams 2026 Scores Set for Release on June 25
The Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports has instructed all grading centres to finish marking the written papers of the 2026 General and Vocational Lyceum exams so that results can be published on Thursday 25 June 2026. The announcement will mark the end of the exam cycle, which this week includes the final special‑subject tests – Music Performance, French, Italian and Spanish – and health/practical examinations that run until 26 June.
Candidates must create a personal code for their electronic application and provide a mobile number to receive the results via SMS. An online platform for SMS registration is open until 23 June, after which results will also be available through the UPAITHA web portal.
The published scores will be accompanied by official statistics to help universities set admission baselines for the upcoming school year. Following the release, students will complete their electronic registration in July.
Separately, the Minimum Admission Base (EΒE) policy, in place since 2021, continues to exclude about 10,000 candidates each year, leaving a significant number of university places vacant despite the policy’s aim to raise academic standards.
