Greek Ministry launches online portal for 2026 national exam results

The Greek Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports announced that the results of the 2026 Panhellenic secondary education examinations will be published online. Candidates will be able to view their scores by entering an eight‑digit personal code and the first four letters of their surname, name, father's name and mother's name on the portal https://results.it.minedu.gov.gr. The same information will also be sent by SMS to candidates who have requested it.

The system was developed and is operated by the National Research and Technology Network (GRNET) under the oversight of the Ministry’s Digital Governance and the Directorate for Digital Systems, Infrastructure and Examinations. According to the announcement, the published tables will contain only the candidate’s code and the scores for each examined subject.

Initial grading data from roughly 2,500 papers show varied performance across subjects: Mathematics averages 5.17 with over half of candidates below the base, while Modern Greek language averages 13.05. History, Physics, Chemistry and Biology also exhibit notable spreads, with many scores falling below the passing threshold.
