Greek Ministry of Education launches password system for 2026 national exam applications

The Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports announced that, from Wednesday 17 June to Tuesday 30 June 2026, all candidates for the 2026 Panhellenic examinations must visit their secondary schools to obtain a personal security password. The password is required to submit the Computerised Form (ΜΔ) for university admission and the Parallel Computerised Form (ΠΜΔ) for entry into public SAEC institutions.

The procedure also applies to graduates of 2024‑2025 who are claiming a 10 % quota without a new exam, and to 2026 high‑school graduates who did not sit the exams but wish to apply for SAEC programmes. The same password is used for both forms. For exceptional cases, schools will remain open in early July to issue passwords. Candidates referred to the September repeat examinations will receive their passwords after those exams.

The ministry indicated the electronic submission platform for the forms will be announced later, with the overall process expected to conclude by mid‑July.
