Greek MP requests reopening of fertilizer subsidy platform

Evangelia Liakouli, a PASOK - Movement for Change MP for Larissa, has submitted a parliamentary inquiry requesting the reopening of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) electronic platform for fertilizer purchase subsidies.

Liakouli noted that many producers failed to submit their applications through the myBusinessSupport platform within the required deadlines due to delays from accountants and other procedural difficulties. She emphasized that these farmers, already facing high production costs, risk losing significant financial aid solely due to late submissions. The MP is calling on the relevant Minister to consider a temporary reopening of the platform to allow eligible producers to complete the process.
