Greek Music Festivals Announce Shows by Paschalis Arbaneidis and Fotini Velesiotou

The Sitia Vintage Festival will feature a concert by veteran Greek singer Paschalis Arbaneidis on Saturday, 11 July 2016 at 21:00 in Sitia’s central square. The event celebrates the music of the 1960s and 1970s, promising a nostalgic evening for audiences of all ages.

The 20th Oitis Festival will be held at the Arts Centre “Chora” in Lamia on Wednesday, 15 July, beginning at 21:30. Singer‑songwriter Fotini Velesiotou will headline the concert with her band, presenting re‑imagined versions of her hits alongside traditional Greek repertoire.

Both festivals aim to revive classic Greek pop and folk sounds for contemporary listeners, offering live performances that blend nostalgia with fresh arrangements.
