Greek Panhellenic 2026 Exams Hold Music Perception, Theory and Harmony Test

On Saturday 20 June 2026 the Greek Panhellenic (national) examinations included the Music Perception, Theory and Harmony paper, a compulsory special‑subject test for candidates seeking admission to music faculties of universities such as the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Ionian University, University of Ioannina and University of Macedonia.

The exam, administered to thousands of students from general and vocational lyceums, lasted three hours and thirty minutes. It is the first of a series of special‑subject assessments that will conclude on Thursday 25 June with the Spanish language paper. Subsequent exams are scheduled for 22 June (Music Performance and Interpretation), 23 June (French), and 24 June (Italian).
