Greek GELL Exams Test History, Physics and Economics on June 8
On Monday, June 8 2026, candidates for Greece’s General Lyceum (GELL) sat the final orientation examinations in History, Physics and Economics. The exams began at 08:30, each lasting three hours, and were held in the standard venues across the country.
Educators reported that the History papers were demanding but clear, the Physics questions were comparatively easier than in previous years, and the Economics items were solid and without surprises. The Ministry of Education published the topics in advance, confirming the subjects’ coverage.
