Greek Police Announces 4,747 Permanent Recruitment Slots

The Hellenic Police, via the A.S.E.P. announcement 2ΓΒ/2026, will fill 4,747 permanent positions across the force. Fourteen specific vacancies are detailed for the Central District of Athens, covering administrative‑legal, administrative‑financial, engineering, software‑hardware, statistics and other roles in districts such as Athens, Galatsi, Nea Filadelfeia‑Nea Chalkidona and the regional unit of Rodopi.

Candidates for the university‑level (PE) and technical‑level (TE) categories listed in the 1Κ/2024 recruitment notice must undergo mandatory health examinations. Required documents include a medical certificate, specialist referrals and a completed health‑examination form, to be submitted online between 15 June and 29 June 2026. Pregnant or in‑labour candidates must provide a gynecological report instead. Failure to meet these conditions results in exclusion from subsequent physical and psychotechnical tests.
