Greek sports broadcasting rights landscape for 2026-27

The Greek sports broadcasting landscape for the 2026-27 season is characterized by a highly fragmented market involving multiple providers including Nova, MagentaTV, and various national broadcasters.

Nova maintains a significant portfolio, holding rights for the Premier League through 2028, the Bundesliga through 2029, and the EuroLeague until 2028. In Greek football, Nova will broadcast home matches for clubs including PAOK, Aris, Levadiakos, Atromitos, Asteras Tripolis, and Kalamata.

MangentaTV, an evolution of COSMOTE TV that has reached 800,000 subscribers, will broadcast Stoiximan Super League matches for AEK, Olympiacos, OFI, Volos, Kifisia, and Panetolikos. Through an agreement with Nova, MagentaTV subscribers can also access matches for PAOK, Aris, and other clubs. MagentaTV's offerings include the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League, alongside Serie A, LaLiga, and the NBA.
