Greek summer theatre season kicks off with new productions in Athens and Dion

Renowned Greek actor Vlavdimos Kyriaidi will open the summer stage in early July with a new rendition of Molière’s classic "Patient in Fantasy," embarking on a nationwide tour that features a cast of prominent Greek performers.

The Ancient Theatre of Dion will host the satire "I Will Tell You" on 12 July 2026, directed by Vaggelis Theodoropoulos and featuring a lineup of leading actors, original music and political humor that reflects contemporary Greek society. Both productions are part of the 2026 Greek summer theatrical circuit, aiming to blend classic works with modern satire for audiences across the country.
