Greenland Mines Secures Stake in AnorTech to Enter Critical Materials Processing

Greenland Mines (NASDAQ: GRML) completed a strategic share exchange with AnorTech Inc., issuing 12.4 million of its common shares—valued at roughly $3.5 million—to acquire an interest in the midstream processor. The deal, announced on June 16 and closed at the end of June 2026, gives Greenland Mines its first foothold in critical materials processing, allowing it to move beyond exploration into refining raw minerals.

AnorTech, which develops proprietary techniques to extract valuable elements such as aluminum, silicon and rare earths from anorthosite—a rock abundant in Greenland and on the moon—gains access to a NASDAQ‑listed partner and a portfolio of Greenland assets. The transaction positions both companies to capture more value from the growing global demand for rare earths and advanced materials used in electric vehicles, wind turbines and aerospace applications.
